Here's a short vid from Rich's chest and tricep session last week, me filming with the big girls camera for the first time!
Rich's session included:
CHEST
Pre exhaustion on pec deck with 4 volume sets (not on vid). Incline hammer press machine. Warm up sets then a drop set with lots of time under tension. Flat dumbell press working up to a single heavy set to failure. Seated dip machine drop set for lower chest, again with time under tension.
TRICEPS
Tricep extension machine Overhead rope extension (not on vid) Rope pushdowns
Chest used to be my worst workout but is now my favourite, what's yours?!
