Home Workout Wankers 🤪 Part 2:
Full body workout with resistance bands. Workout brief below.
Yep some of you might be sick of seeing home workouts by now but on the other hand, some of you also want to see how you can get a pretty decent workout in without being at the gym.
Resistance bands are all I have at home and they are super versatile if you know what to do with them.

Full body home workouts are great as they tend to burn more calories as we constantly push blood from one part of the body to another, often with little rest.
Plus without the heavy load of weights during these workouts we are keeping joints and tendons healthy whilst also still placing a good load of tension on the muscle.
Why am I always outside? Of course you can head inside and attach bands to whatever you have available but this is literally the only place where I have things to attach them to and the lighting is rubbish inside!🤷🏽♀
Tomorrow I'll be filming either back or shoulders, then every other day there will hopefully be something to show you. 🤗
Aims for this workout:
🌟 3-4sets of everything. 🌟 Less rest than normal workouts. 🌟 Most things will be higher reps but the aim here is to get the same amount of reps that you do on your first set, for the final 2 or 3 sets. 🌟 Make it challenging!!!
Home workout brief: ▪️ Bicep superset with Tricep ▪️ Chest flyes superset with chest press ▪️ Hamstring/glute superset with squats ▪️ Wide grip bent over row superset with seated shoulder press ▪️ Side delt raises ▪️ Lat pull down superset with front raises ▪️ Close row superset with squat press ▪️ Calf raises superset with tibialis raise ▪️ Bicycle crunches with flutter kicks
