Please take note as a couple of mornings will be 8am open instead of the usual 6am.
Once again training will be free of charge on Christmas Day and New Year's Day if there's anyone you'd like to bring in for a session.
I understand that Christmas isn't the best time of year for everyone so even if you just want to pop in for a change of scenery or a brew you're more than welcome.
Thankyou again to old and new members for your continued support throughout this rather poop year. It has allowed us to reopen and keep giving you all a brilliant place to come and train and keep healthy. We are extremely grateful and couldn't have got through it without your help. Here's hoping next year will be a slightly better one...she says.
As usual there will be a membership offer for January and the free non member week pass will continue to be available for those who wish to come and try us out. I'll put details on either later today or tomorrow but in the mean time you can still buy membership passes as Christmas gifts: 1 month £20, 3 months £60 or 6 months for £100 ...
...and we do have some more plans for improvements in the gym in the future. All the more reason to stick around at MuscleFactory!
