Work on your six pack with this starter abdominal workout.
Quick and easy, this workout hits uppers, lowers and core which is more than enough if you're a complete newbie to ab training.
Aim to increase weight and/or reps each week before progressing to a more advanced routine.
Remember, you can do all the ab exercises in the world but without a clean diet and somewhat of a calorie deficit from exercise, you'll not see them through a layer of fat!
Strong abs and core are beneficial in a number of ways, take a quick read here before you do your workout!
