The first ever training routine I did included legs and so should yours.

Why to this day some people skip leg day I will never know.

Is leg day hard? Yes - But relish the challenge and the more frequently you train legs, the more it will become second nature.

Big, strong legs look impressive and serve a function. Not only that leg workouts burn a boat load of calories. So what's the lesson here?

Never skip leg day!
