Beginner Full Body Workout

A full body workout isn't a bad place to start if you can only get 2-3 days a week at the gym, or if you've had a considerable amount of time off.


You could do it in it's given order for a couple of weeks then try working from the end back to the top as you will be stronger with different exercises!
