Here is a brilliant beginner bicep and tricep workout for you to crack on with and spend at least 4-6 weeks aiming to beat your weight and/or reps each week.

Consistency, dedication and progression are the key words in your new found hobby.

You don't need anything fancy when you first start as even the simplest of workouts will have an effect!
