The new class timetable starts here at MuscleFactory week commencing 24th of August 2020 with morning sessions only. Evening classes will follow closely behind in September and will also include some dance and lower intensity stuff.

The booking system is already live and Lewis Hinds is available for any questions and all class descriptions are available on the booking system website below.
Places have already started filling up so don't miss out, get your place reserved soon!
Class prices are £3 for members on a 12 month recurring payment scheme and £4 for all other members and non members.

Please note if you wish to book Yoga with Bev, this is through herself as it is a charity class supporting local charity Mind Over Matter. This Yoga class is already a hit and is fully booked a couple of weeks in advance so if you'd like to reserve a space please get in touch with Bev on 07493 982908.
