We've been freshening a few things up around MuscleFactory whilst things are shut down.
The ladies changing rooms are getting a much needed update, the floor in the main gym has had a new lick of paint, weights and machines are being given a boost and I'm going to be ordering some fantastic pictures to put up around the gym ready for everyone's return!
We just hope that you're managing to keep active in some shape or form. I know it's hard to eat clean especially as the days can get a bit boring but it's important to lessen your calorie intake if you want to reduce fat gain during lockdown especially as energy output for the most of us has been drastically reduced :/
